These Terms of Service apply to the marketing services provided by Skippy Consulting Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”) and to your use of skippyconsultingsolutions.com. By purchasing our services or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide marketing services to businesses, which may include advertising campaign management, lead generation, CRM and follow-up automation setup, website and local listing work, and review management. The specific services, deliverables and fees for each client are set out in a written proposal or service agreement.

Fees and billing

• Services are billed on a monthly plan unless your agreement says otherwise.
• Monthly fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.
• Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta is separate from our fees unless your agreement states otherwise.
• Any one-time setup fees are listed in your proposal before work begins.

Term and cancellation

Monthly plans renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice to info@skippyconsultingsolutions.com. Services and billing continue through the end of the notice period. See our Refund Policy for details.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your business, timely access to accounts we need to do the work, and approval of ad budgets and content when requested. You are responsible for making sure your products, services and offers comply with applicable laws.

No guarantee of results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, such as market conditions, competition and platform policies. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, rankings or revenue.

Intellectual property

Once paid for, ad copy, website content and other materials we create specifically for you belong to you. We keep ownership of our general tools, templates and methods.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
