Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for services purchased from Skippy Consulting Solutions LLC.

Monthly service plans

• Our marketing services are sold as monthly plans billed in advance.
• You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice sent to info@skippyconsultingsolutions.com.
• Services continue, and the plan is billed, through the end of the 30-day notice period. No further charges are made after that.

Refunds

• Monthly fees cover work performed during that billing period and are generally non-refundable once the period has started.
• One-time setup fees are non-refundable once setup work has begun.
• Advertising spend already paid to third-party platforms (such as Google or Meta) cannot be refunded by us.
• If you are billed in error or charged after a completed cancellation, contact us and we will refund the incorrect charge.

If you have a question about a charge, please contact us first. We respond to billing questions within two business days and will work with you to resolve any issue.
